WARRIOR'S RENDEZVOUS (aka White Warriors):
In a dream I was with seven other people who went to a rendezvous for
warriors. We prepared by wearing white shirts and pants, and I wrote a
song that was four pages long. It was a good song! We got to the
rendezvous site and sat at a table waiting for the other people/warriors
to arrive. As we were waiting, I was looking at a snow-covered mountain
and thought at first the snow was moving. But, as I focused this
movement was not the snow, and it was coming towards us very quickly.
Suddenly, it was upon us, and we could see that these were the warriors
we were waiting for. They all had snow-white hair, white faces, white
gloves, clothing and shoes. Even their weapons were white. They were in
top physical shape, and were mentally sharp and ready to confront the
enemy and gain the victory posthaste. We looked up at them from our
seated and slouched position and were in awe. They looked at us and
smiled like we would smile at children who were playing war. They were
seasoned and ready warriors and in comparison we were only playing war.
When I awoke I thought this must be how warring angels must view us.
They with their precision weapons, mighty warriors dressed for battle,
fast and fit, and us without our weapons ready to socialize and sing a
song.
I was reminded of this scripture:
Luke 7: 31-32 And the Lord said, "To what then shall I liken the men of
this generation, and what are they like? They are like children sitting
in the marketplace and calling to one another, saying: 'We played the
flute for you, and you did not dance; we mourned to you, and you did not
weep.'"
We need to become different warriors than we have been. But, what does
that mean? We have to look at the symbols to gain understanding.
There were 8 of us and 8 of them.
The Hebrew number eight is Sh'moneh from the root Shah'meyn: to make
fat, to super-abound, superabundant. One who abounds in strength. Eight
is the number of new beginnings or the beginning of a new series. And 8
is associated with resurrection life and regeneration, the beginning of a
new era or order.
So, we are entering a time of a new era, a new order of the Warrior.
Rendezvous means a place appointed for assembling or meeting, process of
bringing together. The rendezvous of the mountain men was for the purpose
of trading and equipping - weapons and provision. During the course of
the rendezvous they would engage in various competitions, comparing their
skills.
Equipped and Dressed For Battle:
Ephesians 6:
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His
might.
11 Put on the whole armor
of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the
devil.
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against
principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of
this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to
withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on
the
breastplate of righteousness,
15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace
; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able
to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
17 And take the
helmet of
salvation, and the
sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being
watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the
saints--
2 Timothy 3:16-17 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is
profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in
righteousness, that the
man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good
work.
2 Corinthians 10:4-6 For the
weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for
pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing
that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought
into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all
disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.
This is what will cause us to be fit and ready-to walk and fight in the
Spirit and not in the flesh.
In the Warriors Rendezvous, it was immediately evident that we were
outgunned. The white warriors were, by comparison, far superior to us.
But, just seeing them in action provided us with understanding and
instruction.
Our predecessors came from the mountain -- snow- covered high country.
They had been warring in the high places, in the realm of the spirit -
not in the flesh.
They were completely camouflaged - not detected or vulnerable.
Their camouflage was white - righteousness.
They were dressed for battle.
Their weapons were advanced and powerful.
They were confident, fierce, victorious.
I believe the rendezvous took place on the New Plateau, which represents
a higher level of warfare. We have to scout out this new territory using
our discernment or
discerning of spirits so that we know the enemy and where to find
him.
2 Corinthians 2:9-11 For to this end I also wrote, that I might put you
to the test, whether you are obedient in all things. Now whom you
forgive anything, I also forgive. For if indeed I have forgiven anything,
I have forgiven that one for your sakes in the presence of Christ, lest
Satan should take advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his
devices.
I heard in the realm of the spirit a sound that reminded me of a clock,
and I saw a pendulum moving back and forth marking time. And I felt a
sense of urgency with the thought that time is marching on and time is
short. In a vision I saw a perfect white horse, excited, pawing the air,
ready to go. Then, I saw warriors worshiping the night before battle.
Then, they arose and were being dressed in pure white battle attire and
girded with swords. The warriors came together, resolute, one
army of the Lord.
I saw them silent, listening, watching, waiting -- awesome, righteous,
strong, focused, prepared for battle. Then, the vision changed and I saw
a pure-bred black Arabian
horse, and again saw warriors the night before a battle, but these
were celebrating, drunk, being entertained by belly dancers, and I
believed that these warriors represented the powers of darkness, Satan's
army.
And, I was reminded of this scripture: 1 Kings
20:11 So the king of
Israel answered and said, "Tell him, 'Let not the one who puts on his
armor boast like the one who takes it off.'" Satan is destined for
defeat!
Joel 2:
1 Blow the trumpet in Zion, And sound an alarm in My holy mountain! Let
all the inhabitants of the land tremble; For the
day of the LORD is
coming, For it is at hand:
2 A day of darkness
and gloominess, A day of clouds and thick darkness, Like the morning
clouds spread over the mountains. A people come, great and strong, The
like of whom has never been; Nor will there ever be any such after them,
Even for many successive generations.
3 A fire devours before them, And behind them a flame burns; The land is
like the Garden of Eden
before them, And behind them a desolate wilderness; Surely nothing shall
escape them.
4 Their appearance is like the appearance of horses; And like swift
steeds, so they run.
5 With a noise like chariots Over mountaintops they leap, Like the noise
of a flaming fire that devours the stubble, Like a strong people set in
battle array.
6 Before them the people writhe in pain; All faces are drained of color.
7 They run like mighty men, They climb the wall like men of war; Every
one marches in formation, And they do not break ranks.
8 They do not push one another; Every one marches in his own column.
Though they lunge between the weapons, They are not cut down.
We are going to become the White Warriors by the
power of the Holy Spirit!
The Lord Says: When you do not feel up to the task remember
who you are in Me. I will give you the grace to meet and overcome every
challenge and gain the victory. Simply trust and obey.
Observe. Do you see that you have come up? Your spiritual atmosphere
is quite different than it was eight months ago. Rejoice in the new life
and new opportunities that challenge you to spiritual maturity. The
temptation now will be to go back to an old place of easy, lazy comfort.
See beyond the mundane and ordinary routine of every day existence to see
the exceptional work that I am performing. You are a catalyst in a rich
and dynamic move of My Spirit. Look beyond the natural to realize your
potential.
You have been in a period of transition, which is not over yet. It has
been and will continue to be very unsettling for a while, but your best
use of this time is to grow up spiritually, exercise your faith, and
trust that I will bring you through. Then, your feeling of impotence
will give way to My power and dominion.
1 Peter 5:10 But may the God of all grace, who called us to His
eternal glory by
Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish,
strengthen, and settle you.
Even when your life appears to be static, in reality you have been on a
steep learning curve. Take a quick glance back to see yourself in this
process of exponential spiritual growth.
So, the new plateau isn't what you expected? Out of your comfort zone?
This level of discomfort will be the impetus that will move you into
defining moments that will stabilize you in your kingdom position and
destiny. Do not despise the day of small beginnings.
I am bringing you to a place of stability and maturity by imparting
wisdom that will direct your steps and establish your heart in My
kingdom. You will go from strength to strength as you use the victory of
past challenges as stepping stones for advancement. You have entered a
time of historic proportions and significance. What you do with the
choices that present themselves to you will yield extraordinary fruit and
consequences. Choose wisely.
